When we get an 'interested lead', we immediately offer it to multiple local companies in that same industry by texting 'verified business phone numbers.'
An 'interested lead' means someone who actively clicked a link on Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc. that led them to one of our webpages about a product/service that our system determines is most similar to what each company is actively selling.
The Leads are 100% U.S. persons/individuals (not businesses).
By registering, you agree to allow us to send leads which we believe are relevant to your business and your location to the phone number you register with. The leads will be offered to you as text/sms, so please be sure to register with a phone number that can receive text/sms messages. The leads which are offered to you are sent at no text/sms charge to you. After registering for this free account, you have the ability inside your account to enable/disable the text/sms notifications at any time. You are also able to place your phone number on our 'Do Not Call' list if you so choose.
Our nationwide network of localized referral websites does not promote any particular companies, but rather provides good information for those who are searching Google/Bing/Yahoo for whatever keywords lead them to our webpages. We rely on Google's matching algorithms to show the best page for their searches. Ultimately, the lead (or someone using a device/account belonging to that person) chose to click a result from Google/Bing/Yahoo that brought them to a page we own and run.
When users land on our webpages, we capture their IP address and immediately look up information about who they are. Many lookups are not conclusive, but those with a high degree of certainty (high probability score) are made available with some or all of the 'lead information' we provide with each 'claim' you make.
The first company to 'claim' each lead receives that lead's full captured details - meaning whatever we were able to understand with a high degree of certainty about the lead.
Lead Details are not all the same. This means that your claimed leads will include SOME-to-ALL of the following details:
First & Last Name, Physical Address, Email, Phone Number, City, State, Zip, Level of Education (High School, Some College or College Degree), Personal Income, Household Income, Married/Single, and Presence of Children.
By having this level of information about leads who are interesting to you, you can close them more easily.
We do not/cannot guarantee closes - that's up to you. We just offer you (by text) the information for each lead within 2-4 minutes of the lead landing on any of our webpages - and you simply pay for the leads you want. Feel free to ignore the rest of the texts; there is no charge for leads we offer you. The only cost is the charge for each lead you choose to claim.
When you claim each lead, you can immediately receive the lead details. Now your company is free to contact that lead by phone, email, and/or postal mail, limited by whatever information we could share with you, but you can always attempt to look up any remaining contact information (whitepages, etc.) once you receive what we share. We recommend using a 'coincidentally great timing' approach, or 'verify interest' approach - see our training videos for engagement strategies. Since they (or a family member, acquaintance or friend) were just searching for what you sell, contacting them by phone or email - right now - is GREAT timing and can easily come off like excellent customer service if you're polite and to the point.
This is a first-come, first-served list. That means we text multiple phone numbers at once, and whoever claims each lead first gets that lead information. Therefore, we want to minimize the time you need to take, to claim each interesting lead. For that reason, we don't provide payment buttons for each lead (it would be chaotic for everyone trying to be the first to claim.) Instead, you PRE-pay for leads in advance. Feel free to prepay for as many as you wish at a time, to have 'credits' (lead credits) to use when claiming leads. If you have credits, you can claim the lead at the press of a single button. Claim leads until your balance runs low, and add more credits whenever you wish. Your credits are NOT used when we text leads to you - you can only use up credits by claiming leads. Credits expire after 6 months.
You can opt out by replying with STOP. But if you do, please realize that it's permanent for that phone number… you can only join again with a different phone number. So be sure to consider whether you want to cut yourself off from the lead flow… over time, it will improve as we grow our network. If you are not in the system, then your competitors are being offered the leads, while you miss out on this stream. Only quit if you consistently have all the leads you need and want, or if there is another real reason to quit.
Summary: We provide leads in your area, who are searching for what you offer. We do this by texting you when leads appear in our network, and you only pay for leads you 'claim' from the free texts. Notifications are free, so it's useful to receive these texts in case you are interested in leads that appear.
